Have you ever considered mind mapping to organise your life.

There are different softwares available to help you achieve the things you want out of life. By breaking down each issue into smaller chunks you can create the steps you require to achieve your goals and aims in life.

The Stress Factor

We all do it, put ourselves under stress whether it is good or bad.  Stress is a fact of life and it is how we manage it that is important.

I was once told if we did not have some form of stress in our lives we would not have a challenge in our life! Do you think this is true.

We enlarge the factor of stress ten-fold to the point that it can become debilitating, creating depression and the inability to move forward and manage the stress, it grips us so hard all we want to do it forgot it and have fun.

Instead why not::
  • firstly breath, take a deep breath and acknowledge the situation that is causing the stress;
  • secondly, acess the cause of stress, how much of it have you blown out of proportion;
  • thirdly, look back on times when you have had similar stress patterns, what did you do;
  • fourthly, did you get through the stress and manage it or is the cause still with you.
If it is still with you then you have never dealt with it, stop and do so, take a step at a time.
If you have dealth with it, you know how to acknowledge it and take the steps to manage it .

They say we are what we eat, but are we not also what we think?

Change

Why do we resist change!
  • is it good?
  • is it bad?
  • what should we do when faced with change?
Fear is the greatest obstacle of change.  Our reactions need to be understood, our arguments of justification allow us to move forward or stay in the same place.

So the following keys are our best approach:
  • recognise our fear;
  • understand our fear;
  • be prepared for change;
  • accept failure; and
  • most of all allow change to exist within our lives.
By acknowledging our experiences of the good times and rough times, we can apply perspective too our lives.

Welcome to Virtuoso Virtual Assistant

Australian Virtual Assistants have wide and varied skills. Many do not use the title of Virtual Assistant as their skills lay in many different fields of interests such as: web design, bookkeeping or adminstration. You will be able to locate virtual assistants in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Cairns and many more cities and towns within Australia.

Being a virtual assistant is as much about life style i.e. working from home due to young children as keeping up with current business knowledge.
