I was once told if we did not have some form of stress in our lives we would not have a challenge in our life! Do you think this is true.
We enlarge the factor of stress ten-fold to the point that it can become debilitating, creating depression and the inability to move forward and manage the stress, it grips us so hard all we want to do it forgot it and have fun.
Instead why not::
- firstly breath, take a deep breath and acknowledge the situation that is causing the stress;
- secondly, acess the cause of stress, how much of it have you blown out of proportion;
- thirdly, look back on times when you have had similar stress patterns, what did you do;
- fourthly, did you get through the stress and manage it or is the cause still with you.
If you have dealth with it, you know how to acknowledge it and take the steps to manage it .
They say we are what we eat, but are we not also what we think?
